When I first noticed the site I saw this chart in the corner that had 1960-1969 showing how much some stuff was. It is comparing the prices in 1960 to 1969 and it mentions the price of an average house, postage stamp, gallon of gas, dozen eggs, and a gallon of milk. I think people should check this site out since it talks about the history of the sixties and pop culture since it provides some insightful information about pop culture back then and how it has improved today. I chose this site because I noticed some very historical change through pop culture which I think is important to know by learning about your current generation but also earlier generations in pop culture. Back then it mentions that in 1962 there were 6,000 drive in movie theaters but now today many people just go to the box office at the movie theater to see a movie. For music back then they had portable record players, pocket sized transistor radios, and eight track stereos in cars but a famous music group was the Beatles which I believe today is still popular.
